Gift Letter
We will send the gift recipient a postal mail letter prior to the first book shipment notifying the recipient of the gift, who it is from, the duration and type, and any personalized message that you include with your order. Alternatively, we can send this notification letter directly to you if you'd like to present it to the gift recipient yourself.

If you want the gift letter sent at a specific time, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate special requests. Due to postal uncertainties we can't guarantee arrival on an exact day, so it is better to send early in most cases. Email us with any special requests.

Book Shipment Dates
Your gift recipient will receive one book per month for the duration of the subscription. The first book in a subscription will be sent within a few days of the above gift notification letter, unless you request otherwise. Shipping charges for the books are included in the order price. 

Duplicate Books
If a gift recipient receives a book that they have already read, it may be returned to the distributor and the recipient's subscription will be extended by one month. The book must be returned for a full shipment credit or the extension will not be granted. We must be notified of the return at support@bestsellers-monthly-book-connection.com so that our records can be updated and the subscription extended.
